Currently the decision of the United Kingdom of Great Britain to maintain the occupation of the Malvinas Islands, refusing to discuss the Argentine sovereignty claims and its decision to strengthen the military presence in the South Atlantic, threatens all countries of UNASUR.
The Unilateral decisions on offshore oil exploration and exploitation has taken Britain in the Falklands, and the attempt to establish a strategic deterrent military force in South America, are facts that require the attention of countries region.
