"The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo": Hard to try to overcome for the U.S. version

"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (Niels Arden Oplev, 2009)

With a production that is performed by three different European countries reaches European adaptation of the popular book by Stieg Larsson "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo " - original title" Män kvinnor som hatar . " A fully armed thriller which became a trilogy Larsson in other publications. The movie is based on a crime novel that stands in a complicated international financial fraud and the buried evil past of a wealthy Swedish industrial family Throughout the twentieth century. Through its main character, refers to the classic atmosphere of the thriller genre and crime

A wealthy industrialist named Henrik Vanger (Sven-Bertil Taube ) hires journalist Mikael Blomqvist (Michael Nyqvist ) to know what happened to her niece, who disappeared as far back as 40 years. Mikael is coupled with a private investigator, unlike the others, dark personality and presumably bisexual.

This is the first version I see of this work , in the U.S. and cooked a project based on the same novel Larsson, led by David Fincher ( The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttom ) and Daniel Craig esteralizado by . In this case the project falls into the hands of Niels Arden Oplev who has made three feature films in Denmark, and now with this tape, reached international fame. In the cast are Michael Nyqvist , Noomi Rapace , Sven-Bertil Taube, and Peter Andersson Peter Haber . Rapace Noomi actress had a nomination for Best Actress in the awards for best European film.

"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (Niels Arden Oplev, 2009)

The Swedish film is a pretty decent thriller . I'ma person who does not read the novel but has enjoyed a film that knows how to maintain tension during the nearly two hours it lasts. The movie picks up and like a good thriller it is, does not let go. It shows traces of a European film for realism distill certain scenes, that of being an American film, had been sweetened to remove the drama they need.

On the other hand I was surprised by the good performance by a cast entirely Swedish. Also highlight the way the film arouses interest in the dramatic history of the main female character, which points out some details, but leaving the honey in the lips and preparing the audience for sequels to come.

must await the Latin American premiere of the films that follow this bold adaptation, at least here on this side of the map, and prepare us for the version that was prepared in the USA. And if the distribution reach of 2011 over at least here in Mexico. Well now I have a job waiting, read my whole saga of Larsson and wait for the U.S. proposal, I hope you have at least the quality of this film that kept me eager to see her. European-style big band.
